Tentacruel
So I just started Pre-Cal, and remembered it's been 2 years since I took College Algebra and a year and a half since I failed Pre-Cal the first time I took it. (by not studying at all) [/shame] So anyway, it's gonna be hard to keep up. Discuss math classes.
ragnarok1945
You failed Pre-calc the first time you took it? I took Pre-calc when I was only 14 and got an A on the first try
Ieyasu Tokugawa
It was called Algebra 2 in 8th grade, but Pre Calc wasn't much harder than it so I call it Pre-Calc.

Christian Exodia
I'm going into Algebra 1(Honors in 7th Grade, I might add.) with a Graphing Calculator, and i'm actually rather scared, but determined. An odd feeling.

OP already mentioned that they didn't study for it, obviously you're going to fail it if you do not study for it.
Uchiha Sasuke XII
I always get 70-something, so it pulls down my GPA (yes, GPA) to 3.8-3.9. Not very nice when I get #97 in the entire grade because of some wierd numbers and formulas.
Amethyst Phoenix
Guize, I checked myself out of the hospital immediately after I was born. I had some construction bridges to design. Sadly, many people aren't capable of paying attention etc. etc.

The Amazing Avian
I'm taking Pre-Calc this year and the teacher has a reputation for being strict. As in even the delinquents who got in despite having failed the year before actually try to pass it. This does not bode well for me.

CrabHelmet
What confuses me most is that you took a math class at college that was at a lower level than pre-calc. I don't think my school even offers classes at a lower level than what high schools call Calc AB.

Lunar Origins
Taking Algebra 2 in tenth grade (I'm 15) , just finished Geometry (9th grade) with flying colors. The only reason I'm not in a higher math is because I f***ed up in 6th grade, where they place you as advanced or not. I'm no honor student- just average. Although I am quite skilled with computers. I am already a licensed web-designer and have a client asking me to design one for him for 300$
Cin
Hated Maths, needed it for Astromony at Uni (back when I thought I'd go), failed it, took it at AS again, just scrapped it, tried it at A2 and decided screw that and picked up Travel and Tourism instead. Lonk
Math is annoying for me. Always trying to calculate so that you will not make a wrong mistake and then you see people finish before you. Then, I get rushed.
Aesirson
I have no idea about these English terms for math classes. the only thing I know is that I'm 17 (whatever class that means I'm going to in English lands) and I've never failed a math class. Marisa Kirisame-ze
I am very passionate about my hatred towards math. For my stats for finals at the end of the year, every single subject is in Advance, and you no where my math is at? Below basic.
CrystalCyae
I'm apparently really good at maths, and I do enjoy it, but I usually rush a bit. Damn. I did a Maths Test not to recently. ICAS or some sh*t. Pretty good stuff, except the last question, you had to write an answer yourself, rather than multiple choice. DAMN. I failed those questions epically, I'll say. Cin
All elements of Maths are usually taught under one title in the UK (in terms of a lesson), although it tends to just be Non Calculator, Arithmetic and Calculator to GCSE (14-16) and at A Level Pure, and Statistics at 16-18. Different exam boards do it differently.
Clair
I went from Pre-Calc last year to Stats AP this year. From finding cosecants to counting M&Ms... hey, I need one easy class this year.
