Because the way it is now is just too easy to draw cards. (i.e. Foolish, discard cost, BfaDD, tribute, destroyed, LS...etc.) Too powerful a card to just be there. His ATK and DEF seem fine for such a good effect, but his effect still seems a little OP because you can tribute him or even discard him to gain his effect. His effect (to be balanced) should read as follows..... "If this face-up card is sent from the field to the Graveyard by your opponents card effect, draw 2 cards." - If you think it needs more, just add the below effect onto the above effect - "If this face-up card is sent from the field to the Graveyard as a result of battle, draw 1 card." As for "Dragon Hunter" I think he is perfectly fine, although your ocg is off. The effect should read as follows.... "When this card declares an attack on a Dragon-Type monster, destroy that monster before damage calculation." Sure, Five-Headed may not get out that often, and he is just a tool to get REDMD and Wyverns in the Grave with Future Fusion, but that doesn't make him useless. It's still a 5000 ATK beater that'll probably come out a turn or two after you've taken out most if not all of the opponent's defenses. Prison, Warning and Judgment and double Bottomless are still staples. Not to mention all the other destruction effects out there. In fact, anyone who runs Cylinder and uses it against this will get a free 5000 points off. While I have never run Disaster, my friend has, and I've played against it multiple times. Agro Posted August 22, 2011 Report Share Posted August 22, 2011 Just because most people don't play them doesn't mean that they aren't competitive. FHD isn't the main focus of the deck anyway. If it's brought out, it can wreak havoc, but it's mainly a distraction, used to make your opponent use up their spells and traps to take it out rather than focus on many of the other cards the deck usually pulls out. (ex. REDMD, LaDD, Yamata) If you can bring out 5HD, it isn't your main move, it's just a very nice bonus. Also, what deck besides burn decks actually run cylinder? [/quote] Disaster Dragon is a legitimate Deck type. It runs FGD, but it does not try to get it out. The purpose of running it is to use FuFu to dump 5 dragons.
