It's very nice, I can see it being used in the OCG quite alot,
Official Card Grammar is perfect.
One thing that bothers me is the level, if you want it to be Tribute summoned, just make it level 5 as there's basically no reason for the additional star, or you can restrict it's summon and keep it Level 2/3.

I approve.

A great summoning effect that basically makes it limited and can give you a great way to go into either a high level synchro summon (which lets you draw a card) or a rank 3 XYZ. Great card, good effect, would be used well. I support this: 9/10.

Have you never heard of the real card, Deep Sea Diva?

Anyway, this is a retarded card. If you have this in your hand and you Special Summoned Diva, you can go for Trishula and also draw 1. That's you banishing 3 cards from play, drawing a card and having a 2700 ATK beater.

You can grab something else with Diva, instead of another Diva. Food for though. And ffs, what Level is Deep Sea Princess in the end, Level 5 or 3? ._.

It's nice, especially the part where it's a Diva target by itself (letting you get this with Diva for a Level 5, then recover both with Salvage for the level 8.). I also like how it doesn't -1 you despite coming from the hand.

The only issue I can see is searchability - getting WATERs to the hand isn't overly easy (they tend to be dumped to the grave easier), but that just means more support to make.

And when you need the Sangan search to get the Diva, or a Veiler/Fader for protection? Tour Guide merely makes this possible, not probable, because it's the thing you'd get if you already had everything else.

Actually, you don't even need to run this at 1, or use it from the hand - it always gives you a draw from synchroing with it, meaning it's better as a Diva target from the deck, where it has the same net result as the turn 1 Tour Guide play (big beater at net +1 and thin deck by 2), only with less control over the hand.
