Growing Up.

I've noticed the more my son Joshua grows, the less active I seem to be. I've been drifting from this site more and more lately to the point where I've began to ponder, "does anyone recall much about me?" I've been studying more and being a mother more and I hardly even think of anything much except Joshua, James, and studies. I've been on many forums and have seen many good members tell about this. I know many of you are going into high school if not next year so I thought I should make this topic. High school years are the last four years you can be coddled and raised by your parents. I know those of us that are setting to graduate and live our own lives are feeling a little sentimental about this and all the friends, acquaintance, and for some, even memories we wish to forget. So, I thought we should all discuss this while many people are still waiting on the first day of school.

I know. I 'm not there yet, but I hear that crowd is tough, with it being 50% delinquents, 30% hot girls who hate your guts, 40% annoying people, and 1% regular kids. Oh wait, that's more than 100%. Well, there are people who are in multiple groups listed here...

Growing up isn't so bad. Maturing and being forced to advance in the world is what I hate. Impossible expectations are suddenly dumped on you since you're now a "young adult". I dread high school, because my girlfriend's going to a different high school, everybody who is not a TFOL (Teen Fan of Lego) thinks legos are babyish (What's wrong with being a TFOL? There are tons of TFOLs! Just none that you got to know!), and, worst of all, your backpack weighs more than you do.

If you have a child and you are on an internet forum aimed at children and teens I would say stop. Stop everything; stop using this forum and stop posting altogether. It will benefit you in the long run.

She's not very active in the first place. I hardly see her on. I think she's doing fine.

I'm not gonna start with an argument, I wish I had something better to do with my time. Like a job, but since there isn't one I don't have anything better to do. You're being very judgmental.

This month has gone so fast, doesn't feel like 3 weeks since my sister turned 21.

I didn't mean to come off that way, son. I apologise.
