You can remove 3 Spell Counters from this card to draw 1 card.[/quote][/center] There are literally 9001 videos on various Life Equalizer/Blasting the Ruins/Exodia/Magical Explosion/etc decks that abuse the hell out of this card. It's one of those cards where you basically win if you get it first turn, and hope you draw into it on every other turn. Normal Summon it -> Reveal your hand full of drawing cards. Then just start sending cards off the top of your deck to show your Opponent that your whole deck is draw cards, and say you win via Exodia. ...Of course, that would be an illegal move, but it would really speed things up considering you only run about 8-10 monsters, and everything else is a draw card. I don't usually see it anywhere else. It needs a lot of Deck dedication anyways so, I understand why. The moment I drew Bamboo Swords with this guy out usually meant gg when Tempest Magician was new. I had played around with this card a few times on the various World Camp games. It makes for an interesting draw engine if you main a lot of Spells, as it can net you some +s now and then.
