evilfusion
Love that it can grab Blaze or Tri-Blaze. I used to find Volcanic Burn incredible fun.
Toffee.
Discard an Accelerator for Monk -> Monk Summons this -> Recover that same Accelerator. LOL FREE SPECIAL SUMMON
Shneider
When I played with Volcanics, the biggest problem I've faced is the total reliance on over-extention. is there a way to consistently OTK? seeing as you can wipe a field clean often. evilfusion
Volcanics' win condition (at least my old build) is burn and field control. By using the Blaze Accelerator, you keep your opponent monster count low so you can manage how much damage you take through Dimension Wall, Magic Cylinder, or Volcanic Counter. Volcanic Doomfire is a cool boss monster, but it wrecks your setup by taking Tri-Blaze Accelerator. For the most part, Volcanics don't attack. Shneider
I've never used burn when I played Volcanics, that's odd. how often do you get tribute fodder on the field in this deck? because I have a really fun idea to try here.
evilfusion
Very rarely, in my experience. Then again, my build focused on using Volcanic Scattershot/Shell etc with Tri-Blaze, and ran burn like Cylinder and Dimension Wall. I then replenished my cards with Royal Firestorm Guards. Probably wasn't a very good build, but it was fun.
Wel, considering I usually played Rocket early game, and then used Shell a bit...most of the time after turn 3. I preferred it over Avarice. For the record, this was a year or two ago. Zauls
OK, I've made Volcanics amazing. Basically just spam Summoner Monk and Tour Guide's effects so search Rocket to search Blaze Accelerator and Shell and blow stuff up while spamming Xyzs and gaining much advantage. Advantage possibilities shown here. This has competitive possibilities.
