Though the tip if the blender is probably made of diamonds, so the answer is probably always yes. Something just popped into mind. So the color of a pony's magic is determined by the main color of their Cutie Mark, Twilight's is red, Rarity's is Blue, Celestia's is Yellow, and Luna's is Dark Blue, etc, etc. What about a pony whose Cutie Mark is not one main color? I would think that the more plentiful color would be the color of a pony's magic. Since more of Pinkie's balloons are blue, I think her magic would be blue. Anyway, multi-colored would probably make sense, I guess. Now that I think about it, Wonder Brush (That pony guy I made), his Cutie Mark (Obscured by his Smock) is a Pallette and a Brush...
