Sync for burei
Fetch Kuick
Run over something with Kuick (if necessary, switch to def with burei)
SS Ninishi with Kuick

Also @people saying skill drain is he only viable use: Big Eye works under Skill Drain?

Fusilier Dragon.dek was so much fun back on Wc09.
Discard Fusilier to Special Summon Dark Grepher.
Dark Grepher and/or Armageddon Knight would mill Level Eaters.
Then every time you Normal Summoned this, you could revive 3 Level Eaters.
Oh, and this was back when Book of Moon was@3, so when ever the Opponent would attack your Fusilier's with 1400ATK, you just Book of Moon them, they run into it's 2000DEF, then proceed to run over everything else with Fusilier's 2800ATK(on your following turn, of course).
