He might not be the best choice in most situations, but when you need a beatstick and have no other options, getting to Level 10 is surprisingly easy. Good thing about is that, that it need only 1 non-Tuner (most high-level synchros need 2) The key is your low level tuners and opponent's high level monsters. Let's see.
