J-Max
If your opponent activated a card that required a Coin Toss in their previous turn, you can Normal Summon this card with 1 less Tribute. When this card is Tribute Summoned successfully, your opponent cannot activate cards that require a Coin Toss or Dice Roll for 3 turns. During each of your End Phases, you can skip your next Draw Phase to Put 1 Coin Counter on this card. If your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card, you can remove 1 Coin Counter from this card to Draw 1 card from your Deck. When this face-up card has 2 or more Coin Counters, you can remove all Coin Counters on this card to Draw 1 card from your Deck for each Coin Counter +1.
Grunt Issun
So... you can skip out on draw phases... to get all those back later... or you can activate them when your opponent activates a spell or trap.... doesn't seem to OP'd or UP'd to me. J-Max
Yep. Think of her as a Piggy Bank. I was considering doing Draw Cards + 1 for the last effect but wasn't sure if it was OP'ed
Alice Moonstone
cool I like the effect on it

MibeR
The luck counter is original but not good. Still it creative Its only me or it is same whether it is Skip Draw or not and the result at last? J-Max
As I said I was planning to Draw + 1 additional Card when Coin Counters were removed but I was worried about balance.
MibeR
Emh, Remove 2 Counters to draw 2 cards. then draw 1 additional card for each 2 Counters removed. Basically +1 at the 2nd Turn. Or maybe you want it 3rd turn
ragnarok1945
"If your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card, you can remove 1 Coin Counter from this card to Draw 1 card from your Deck." This needs to be limited to once per turn, or it's too much draw power
J-Max
Well considering you can only add 1 Counter during each of your End Phases, I see no problem with it

Instead using phrases like "I'd think it should" and "wouldn't it be better". That being said... this card just feels... off. You expect it to do some chance stuff on it's own but it doesn't. But still, this card is interesting in its own right. Self-Hand control? Fun.
J-Max
Thanks Josh I guess lol. As I said twice now, I wanted to remove 2 Counters or more to Draw the number + 1 but was scared of overpowerness

You would be pretty lucky if your opponent hasn't won by that time already.
Ieyasu Tokugawa
Do the +1 effect, otherwise there's no point in skipping your Draw Phase for it.
J-Max
So how would I write the effect for the last part? Would it be "you can remove all Coin Counters on this card to Draw 1 card from your Deck for each Coin Counter. Also Draw 1 additional card." I'm confused XD

J-Max
Oh, so it's a simple matter of adding +1 to the end of the effect. Thanks Miror
Stan Alda
This might make an interesting Gun Dragon counter, but who uses those things anyway? Aside from that, there's nothing I can say that hasn't already been said...except the pic is kinda sexy.
