If you're running this purely to avoid being in a situation where all you have is Tuners, then the problem is you're that worried. May see use in more-Tuner heavy decks, but unfortunately those decks work in a whole different way. Vylons are one example, running quite a lot of Tuners but are more focused on their loops and OTKs.
