LIGHT Dragon Rank 8 3000/2000
2 Level 8 Normal Monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; destroy all other monsters on the field.

I haven't looked into it much, but this could make the Level 8 Normal abuse deck I've always nonchalantly fiddled with viable. Rabbi-Dragon will be a great addition, too. Yep, I'm excited over a Vanilla beater being released.

The following are natural targets for Thunder-End Dragon:

Notes:
-Rabbi-Dragon, Blue-Eyes White Dragon, and Tri-Horned Dragon are all, you guessed it, Dragons.
-Rabbi and Blue-Eyes are LIGHT.
-Tri-Horned and Cosmos Queen are DARK.
-Spiral Serpent and Gogiga Gagagigo are WATER.
-Metal Armored Bug and Sengenjin are EARTH.

Rabbi-Dragon, Blue Eyes, and Tri-Horned are, in my opinion, the best monsters to use. I'd also use Cosmos Queen and, if you felt you needed even more Lv 8s, Gogiga Gagagigo. But keep in mind that with Summoner's Art you really won't need too many Lv 8 Normals, or you run the always prevailing danger of dead drawing too many of them.

Some cards off the top of my head:
Black Lust - Envoy of the Beginning - Between Cosmos, Tri, Rabbi and Blue-Eyes, there is a Twilight attitude within this deck that makes this card relatively easy to summon. His broken nature makes up for Thunder-End's lost targets, and can easily be SS'd after a Xyz material is discarded to clear the field. Chaos Sorcerer can be run too, but he's far less dominating, isn't Level 8, and too many of these such monsters will lose you valuable Normals in the Grave. If you were to run CSs with alongside Black Lust, you might as well try incorporating banish support like RFTDD.

Viruses - Not going to go too into these, but with Cosmos and Tri-Horned you can quickly tribute either of them to activate either of the two remaining virus cards(the one that destroys S/T and the one that destroys low ATK monsters).

Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon - Black Lust target, can further the banish theme if you so choose to go down that path, and most importantly can consistently SS Normals from your Grave, or even hand.

High-End Dragon Cards - As they populate a lot of the deck and are brought out rather easily, cards to be used with high Level Dragons may be useful. I can't think of anything right now, though.

Honest - Eh, it has some minor uses. Another Twilight target, can provide beat-sticking for a fair amount of cards, and can be used as a shield if all your high levels are clogging your hand, to be returned when he's no longer needed.

Dragon's Mirror - For further banish shenanigans if you can really think of enough cards to support the style.

Trade-In - Obvious staple for the deck type. Can dump anyone of your Thunder-End targets for SSing while thinning the Deck and losing you nothing.

Future Fusion - Can thin the deck and dump 5 of your monsters to SS with Normal resurrection. I doubt you'd ever get FHD out with this, but it's still a possibility.

Lighten The Load - To deal with clogging Normals.

Cards to Special Summon with:
Monster Reborn
Call of the Haunted
Swing of Memories
Birthright
Soul Resurrection
Silent Doom
Ancient Rules(from hand)

Extra Deck:
Thunder-End Dragon
FHD
Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon

@Yuzuru - Oh yeah. Huh, his ability to SS another one of himself may make him viable, though that costs him Normal status, he's FIRE, and the lack of Normality in the hand may hurt him.

@ Arm - FuFu dumping REDMD, Wyvern, and Lv 8 Normals could be extremely effective, though I can kind of see Wyvern lagging the Deck. But this Deck doesn't really use its Normal Summon, so eh.

He has this huge post detailing Thunder-End's usability, and I mention the one card he forgot. What's not to get?
