Good deck for a newb Plainwalker?

Not sure if legal...If its not feel free to lock.

Anyhoo...thinking about getting into MTG....what is a good competitive deck that isn't expensive to build (less than $75 if possible) and beginner friendly? Feel free to post a guide or tips on using said deck.

Well, it depends on what format you want to play in. Standard? Modern? Extended? But either way, you could take a look here:

Your Money Cards are most likely the Lands + Solemn...which can be handle out with More Basicly Lands

Only a handful ever get that high. In most sets maybe 1/5 of the Mythics go over $15.
