Not-so-Radiant Arin Posted September 23, 2011 Report Share Posted September 23, 2011 So, I wanted to mention a ruling on this. Card Trooper is selected as a target for Debris Dragon. Therefore, when its Special Summoned, Card Trooper's effect is negated, right? But the opponent goes and activates the effect of Card Trooper, milling the top 3 cards of his Deck, and explaining that it doesn't get the ATK boost. Anyone wanna fill me in?
