And just to get this out of the way, yeah, Scrap Dragon is the best of them.
CDDRodrigo
The Atomic is *puts on moonglasses* Firin his lazars. OT: Obv Scrap D is the best. Scrap Twin is useable, but Atomic Scrap is bad. But, they do follow up a logic. The first one is to get rid of your opponent's main threats. The second is to slow them down. The third is, for when you are already controlling the game, to give them even less chance of a comeback.
VolTama
Scrap is amazing in his variant of Scraps. Twin is unecessary, but good if you manage to find room for a Scrap Golem, which makes things more cloggy anyway. Atomic is just bad. =/
evilfusion
One destroys. One bounces. One eliminates the Graveyard setup. Scrap Dragon is best, due to being generic, Level 8, and good stats and effect.
Toffee.
Scrap Dragon is wonderful. Scrap Twin, my deck mains a copy of Soldier and Golem, and they HARDLY ever get cloggy, and Twin makes for nice field control. Atomic.... Y u need 2 or more non-tuners..... ;-;

TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
Atomic Scrap Dragon really could have been better, like hand control or something, considering how much harder it is to get out compared to the others. evilfusion
I remember comparing Atomic to "the Polar God of Scraps" due to being Level 10 and needing 2 non-Tuners and a specific type of Tuner. The biggest problem with Atomic is that it offers no immediate control option. Scrap destroys 1, Twin bounces 2, both in exchange for one of your own cards. You lose a card here to deal with an opponent's Graveyard options, but that doesn't USUALLY offer you any sort of advantage or chink in their defenses. Dementuo
With Scrap Dragon's effect, even Rainbow Neos does it better, and Rainbow Neos is easier to get out, I think.

Toffee.
Atomic could actually be left as-is. If you could Synchro it through the combination of Golem + Soldier, THEN it would have been playable.

Toffee.
Actually, I thought of something just now. Main a copy of Level Eater. Golem revives Soldier. Soldier becomes a 4 -> Revive Eater. Synchro for Atomic. Atomic becomes 9 -> Revive Eater -> Atomic noms on Eater + the Opponent's Graveyard -> You lose no real card advantage. Rainbow Neos mills 1 (no loss of advantage) to return the entire Graveyard to the deck, which is so incredibly crippling to some strategies as to be hilarious. Also, Rainbow Neos has 2 other effects to screw with the opponent and a massive ATK.
