Akira
Thinking of getting a cycle machine since there are no nice places to jog in Portsmouth, and I don't fancy jogging in an urban setting. Found one with great reviews for £80 that can be folded to take up less space. Bit of upbeat drum&bass should help keep the motivation flowing! Tourmaline
I don't exercise with that intention. The closest I get is Dance Dance Revolution and the total of two hours every school day I spend walking around and inside the building.

[/quote] Buy a cushioned saddle cover and definitely listen to music. Only way you'll actually persevere instead of going "ah, screw this!" after one week. Otherwise it's extremely uncomfortable, and that half hour or however long you plan on pedalling will seem to go on forever.
