Wc06 has a B& list that lets you run 3 Scapegoat, Magician of Faith, Restrict, Metamorph, Book of Moon, [i]AND[/i] Tsukuyomi.

I've never dueled Goat Control before (I was still in the "OMG BEWD IS REALLY GOOD" zone back then), so I'd have to have someone else make it and duel my decks. As far as banned decks go they'd probably be pretty damn good, but whether they can be better than Agents or DWs, dunno.

TER and Instant Fusion is the quickest and best way to summon TER, though if you really think people are gonna go for the 2-card combo over the 1-card combo, lol.

I meant in general, not just Goat Control.

People don't use Scapegoat because it's @1. 4 Free Lv. 1 tokens is nothng to scoff at.

ITT: People don't love OTKs, and Metamorphosis is bad

Also, please, how is it one card? Have you not read instant Fusion?

No attack, no survivng the turn. IT'd be pulling out a monster that uses its effect once, then boom. It's at LEAST a 2 card combo.

If Metamorphosis came back, every deck would use it at 3. The card absolutely dominates wih cards like Beast King, BLS, REDRUM, ect..

I could see Goat still not getting played @ 3 if Metamorphosis stayed @ 0. But if Metamorphosis and Restrict came back, Scapegoat would be everywhere.

I take by use TER with Instant Fusion, you mean use TER with Instant Fuison, Call of the Haunter, Limit Reverse, Wonder Wand, Opti-Camo Armor, ect.

How would Magician not see play? It searches all the stupid lucksacky limited cards you already use [i]and[/i] sets up the chaos engine. Also a Wonder Wand target.

Why wouldn't people use Monster once-per-turn Book of Moon? Card is incredibly solid and can set up several OTKs. Gravekeepers would go to Tier 0 with this card. Also, need I mention that like all the other monsters listed, this is a Wonder Wand target.
