It requires 2 monsters to be summoned.

For those who still doubt it is generic:

If you read Utopia's Japanese version, the part where the condition for the XYZ Summon is is the same in both cards. Hooray! Long Live the Lavals!

This card is awesome! It's just a walking Foolish Burial and it's generic...

And adding 1 monster card from anywhere in your deck to the top of it is also a nice bonus.

Maybe I'm just being weird, but am I the only one who doesn't think this is amazingly good?

It's an extra foolish, sure, foolish isn't a permanent staple.

It's a Deep Diver that doesn't need to be destroyed by battle, ok I guess.

Has 1800 atk with pretty much no type or attribute support.

Roach has 1900 atk and stops almost any attempt at a big play.

Utopia is Utopia....

Eh, whatever floats your boat, I guess, either way this card's essentially a 1-use thing, which seems far less appealing to me.

I wonder what I'm going to draw next turn?

Besides, Roach no longer stops much, since you can Xyz instead of Synchroing.

Because no one Synchros anymore because Xyzs are the only Extra Deck cards people use any more. Roach is an amazing clutch late-game.

It's useful for 1 spot. But your opponent can see it a mile away. With Xyz being a part of the game they're more likely to Xyz than Synchro while you have a monster that can stop synchros out.

Roach forces your opponent to play around it. That's a good thing for you.
