Once per turn: you can discard 1 card; activate one of the following effects:
•Negate the effect of a face-up "Malefic" monster you control.
•Tribute 1 "Malefic" monster. Special Summon the banished monster that was banished to Special Summon the selected card. During your End Phase: discard 1 DARK monster or destroy this card.

wouldn't that make it somewhat broken?
No, it would make it WORK. There's no point in making a card whose last effect can't even work, since Synchro monsters cannot be Special Summoned if they weren't properly Synchro Summoned before.

Actually, there's no way for this to work. "Ignoring the summoning conditions" turns Nomis into Semi-Nomis. There's no way to summon a Nomi that wasn't properly summoned first.

But Synchros are Semi-Nomis.

STFU

OT:
Once per turn: [s]you can discard 1 card;[/s] if you control a "Malefic" monster, activate one of the following effects:
•Negate the effect of [s]a[/s] all face-up [s]"Malefic"[/s] monsters [s]you control[/s].
•Tribute 1 "Malefic" monster. Special Summon the banished monster that was banished to Special Summon the selected card, ignoring the Summoning Conditions, or whatever clause that makes it work the way we want. IDK about this OCG stuff. [s]During your End Phase: discard 1 DARK monster or destroy this card.[/s]

Job done nuff said.

Filtering was made by adults. Adults are addicted to sex. The whole idea of filtering is stupid.

But for you, a copy-pasta:
Nomi" (「のみ」, a Japanese adverbial particle that means "only") is a special term that refers to some monsters. If a monster is a "Nomi monster", then it means that the monster cannot be Normal Summoned, Set or Special Summoned, except by fulfilling a special requirement. Nomi monsters always have the effect "Must be Special Summoned by (method), and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways" (formerly "This card cannot be Special Summoned except by (method)"), as well as the effect "Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set", if the monster in question is an Effect Monster.

Examples of Nomi monsters include "Armed Dragon LV10", "Doom Dozer", "Dark Armed Dragon", "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms", "Rainbow Dark Dragon", "Tech Genus Halberd Cannon‎‎", "Shooting Quasar Dragon" and most Elemental Hero Fusion monsters. It is also to be noted that the Special Summoning of these cards can only be done while the card in question is in the owner's hand unless stated otherwise in card text.

There is also a type of monster called "Special Summon-Only" with similar but somewhat less restrictive Summoning restrictions.

Hope this helped.
