Nearly every single Normal Monster posted is over 2000. So no he is not OP'ed in the slightest. You don't need to call anyone retarded. Anyway back to the card, having over 2000 ATK for a Normal Monster may be unheard of in the actual game but most people wouldn't consider it OP'ed.
