You can return 2 of your face-down banished cards to the deck to normal summon this card with 1 less tribute then required. Once per turn, If this card would be destroyed or would be banished, you can discard 1 card instead. Once per turn, you can banish the top card of your deck face-down. If a card(s) are banished this way, the controller of those cards can look at them and summon set or activate them as if they were in his/her hand (This card's effect doesn't need to be active to do this).

This is certainly an interesting mechanic that you have brought to the table. It's a quasi Gold Sarcophagus kind of thing, but you can activate them instantly.

Right, about the first card....The only real interest I see in using this would be more support for D.D. Archetypes. The cost to keep it on the field if it would be destroyed, however, is too small. Have it be "Once per turn", just like the Master.

The second card is meh. Same for the third.

For the last card, it just seems....slow. No one relies on tweaking the number of Tributes they need in order to Tribute Summon a card, because the game is so heavily focused on Special Summoning nowadays that it's even taboo to Tribute Summon anymore. it also has the same effect as the second and third cards.

Overall, I'd say it's not horrible, but certainly not meta-changing (like I expect to see that anytime soon).

OCG Fix: You can return 2 of your face-down Banished cards to the Deck; You can Normal Summon this card with 1 less Tribute than required. Once per turn, If this card would be destroyed or would be Banished; You can discard 1 card from your hand instead. Once per turn, you can Banish the top card of your deck face-down: If a card(s) is Banished this way, the controller of those cards can look at them and Summon, Set, or Activate them as if they were in his/her hand (This card's effect doesn't need to be active to do this).

Mainly just capitalization and punctuation stuff.

Overall, I give a 8/10. Not too bad of a rating, coming from me.
