If the former decks drew Card of Safe Return first, they win. It becomes the lucksack format. Glow-Up, Spore, Junk Synchron, Grapha, Reborn, Call of the Haunted, Pulsar, REDMD, etc. And Stardust. Dont forget our favorite Level 8 white card. I'd still prefer Royal Oppression at 1 than this at 3. In fact, neither are good for the game though. It's just Konami has a bad design team, and they've only fixed the problems quite recently. An errata is clarification or altering of the text so that how it works is much clearer, or mistranslations are fixed. Like how Neo Daedalus' original printing didn't make it a Nomi (it was SOOO good until they fixed that). But that wasn't an afterthought, that was an error in the TCG printing.
