Oh religion nowadays. No wonder I don't practice it.
People think too much, and their imagination goes a lil' too far...

In the end, there's no fun. None at all.

That's another story.

I'm pretty sure this holiday is a holiday worth respecting and celebrating and everyone has the right to have their own opinions about it as long as they don't go too far.
And I still want candy.

I don't celebrate it per se, just acknowledge it as holiday and am actually...into it.

It's a holiday?
Since whe-
*shot*
Because of us Aussies not celebrating it, nobody gets anything out of it.
Except those rare schools that get a day off today because of Cup weekend and stuff.

On the note of religion, I don't really care too much either. Sometimes it's ok, and I just go along with it. But in cases like this, with some religions stopping the fun of others...
I'm glad I don't have one.

We don't have Halloween in Estonia, but we have 2 holidays similar do it. 1 being St. Martin's Day, and the second one I cannot tell, as I'm not capable of translating it to English. Maybe named St. Katarina's Day, I'm not too certain.

But seriously, it's quite difficult to do Halloween when a lot of people live in apartments. This might be me exaggerating, but do you not see how freaking easy it would be to rob someone on Halloween? Especially when they live in apartments?

94.5% of religious people really don't even give a s*** anymore.

*Sigh* I wish I wasn't too old to trick or treat.

Says the brony.

I'm 17 and will be going trick-or-treating.

In the words of Pinkamena Diane Pie: "Too old for free candy?! NEVER!"

Ah, good times. Halloween was one of the most looked forward to events for me and my siblings. Not only for the candy, but for the bragging rights of who got the most and the trading of candy that we don't like for ones that we do.

I'm not really into Trick or Treating anymore, though.

I'll be working at my Churchs Fall Festival tonight for the Trunk or Treat, though. As a candy runner, I should be able to get some. =D

I hate October so much... Its boring and I don't celebrate Halloween anymore because I have lost interest in it... Not to mention before the night on Halloween is mischief night and usually I am getting screwed in the morning however this year I constructed a fence around my mansion so there shall be no pumpkin f*cking smashing today you mother f*ckers! I am however giving treats to kids who do go trick or treating... I stand outside the gate and give it to them... Oh how I officially love gates... Keeping those mischievous bastards out...

Is America the only country where this is common? Hell, in here, I think I'm the only person from between people I know who actually acknowledges Halloween. Other says it conflicts with christian religion and s*** (WAT)

Halloween is for dressing up, acting like fools, and getting free candy. Even when you're 22.

People who choose not to celebrate Halloween for religious reasons are missing the point. I bet there are more that people celebrate Halloween non-religiously than there are that celebrate Christmas religiously (baseless claim).
