No. The AIs in Wc06 are under the impression Life Points matter, and using it only means that next turn they can HURR DURR and Summon any monster to win the game. EVEN IF THEY HAVE SPACE TYPHOONS AND WHAT-NOT SET! On-Topic: Genex could make use of this card, much like Gadgets. Except it would rather tricky to get a continuous search going with them.
