How Gate Guardian Should Have Been Done

As we all know, Konami made Gate Guardian a powerful but almost unusable card. This is my personal solution. Please please please tell me how to improve these!
I think this is now a plausible remake of Gate Guardian, well at least a summonable version.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing "Sanga of the Thunder", "Kazejin", and "Suijin". The special summon of this card cannot be negated. This card is unaffected by card effects.

This card cannot be destroyed by battle. This card cannot attack your opponent directly. When this card is normal summoned, add one "Sanga Of The Thunder" from your deck or graveyard to your hand.

This card cannot be destroyed by battle. This card cannot attack your opponent directly. When this card is normal summoned, add one "Suijin" from your deck or graveyard to your hand.

This card cannot be destroyed by battle. This card cannot attack your opponent directly. When this card is normal summoned, add one "Kazejin" from your deck or graveyard to your hand.

New support card:

Every time a monster is normal summoned or set, place one Gate Counter (max. 4) on this card. You can banish this card with 4 Gate Counters on it to special summon one "Kazejin" "Sanga of The Thunder" and "Suijin" to your side of the field from your hand ,deck or graveyard. Then add one "Gate Guardian" from your deck to your hand and skip your next Draw Phase. You cannot summon any monsters the turn you activate this card's effect.
Now another support trap, still needs editing:

Activate only when your opponent declares an attack that would reduce your life points to 0. Negate the attack and destroy all cards on the field. Then, both players special summon as many level 4 monsters in their graveyards as possible. End the Battle Phase when this card's effect resolves.
Another support trap:

Activate only when a "Kazejin" "Sanga of The Thunder" or "Suijin" on your side of the field is destroyed. Special summon the destroyed monster, and equip it with this card. The equipped monster gains 200 ATK for every level 4 effect monster in your Graveyard.

I like how they can search for each other like the Gadgets can. However, 2200 is a bit too much for Suijin's ATK, so I would recommend lowering it to 1900. However, Gate Guardian is ultimately just a beatstick with an immunity to card effects, although that's better than its components who are only immune to battle.

This is much better than the original Gate Guardian, so kudos to that.

I agree with 'Phantom' in that the ATK of Suijin is pretty high. I would also recommend that you consider possibly redoing Sanga of the Thunder as a "Tuner", and maybe shifting ATK/DEF accordingly(along with the other two's levels) and possibly shift Gate Guardian into being a synchro monster? Probably not what you intended, but just food for thought- as alternate-art and alternate-effect remakes of these four monsters could bode well in our current yugioh generation.

I like your revamp on the entire gate guardian thing now it's a totally reliable+ usable card so cheers to that.
Good work an the effects as well. But i think battle immunity is just a little too much. I think it's better to say once per turn this monster cannot be destroyed by battle. + they have too high attacks for such an effect i say their atks average down to 1600-1500.

And yet Konami has "Thunder King Rai-Oh", "Doomcaliber Knight", "Flamvell Firedog", "Karakuri Muso Mdl 818 "Haipa" ", "Silent Psychic Wizard", and much more.

TBH, these guys would be quite nice, and they run pretty much like Gadgets (as stated before) so they can abuse Ultimate Offering for Deck thining and field presence. A nice placed Dark Hole would be just evil against these "Gadgets", but their boss is something else. Basically, you have to beat it down since Brionac, Trishula, heck even Quasar can't topple over it's ATK without some powerboost. This is a nice beatdown thing going on, and I like it.

So the way I'm reading this you've said that the effect should be "This card can be destroyed by battle". Which sounds retarded. But looking at it now I think I have an idea how to balance it a bit more. I'm gonna edit it now.

The idea is it's for any summon could you not figure that out? I'm going to change it to only normal summon but it doesn't matter who summons what.
