It's hard to tell exactly what is wrong with it because so much is just messed up. What really can be done to fix it? Just look into cards and combos that are easy +1s, bringing cards to the field with little or no cost. Simple stuff like Tour Guide or Rabbit or Spore or Glow Up Bulb.
