Card isnt really needed now that Number 96 is generic. It's interesting due to increasing all your monsters' Levels by 1, but I'm not sure yet what you'd use it for. White Void Posted November 15, 2011 Report Share Posted November 15, 2011 I can't think of a single use other than doing something like: Rekindling (SS 4 Lavals), NS this, Activate that DAD attack spell to clear a threat, XYZ or Synchro into something you normally couldn't.
