Gemini Week Day 4 [Gigaplant]

Recommended Posts

Now, before you say something witty about why or how I managed to skip an entire day without doing a Gemini Week entry, let's just say that Mother Nature just dumped 5 inches of snow on my house and cut power for what seemed like 10 hours. So yeah, big deal.

The third (and what everyone had assumed to be the last) wave of Gemini monsters happened in the final two packs of the GX Series of cards, Phantom Darkness and Light of Destruction. Only a combined four Gemini monsters appeared in those two packs: Future Samurai, Gigaplant, and Gemini Lancer in Phantom Darnkess, and Dark Valkyria in Light of Destruction. After this, there was no real sign of any new Geminis ever coming back, or even a comeback of any of the old ones, with the exception of one Gemini returning as a Super Rare variant card in Crossroads of Chaos: Special Edition, which was, due to the new Structure Deck for Zombies, Il Blud.

This can really only be supported well by just one card. Cookies for whomever says the name of that support card.

The only consitancy this card ever had was with Lonefire Blossom, which is at 1, and with the birth of Xyz, Gadgets pretty much outclasses the deck, because they can spawn beaters with Ultimate Offering that don't require to fill up your Main Deck space, and the deck doesn't dead draw as nearly as much as Gigavise.

It's terrible.
