Sleepy Posted December 4, 2011 Report Share Posted December 4, 2011 It's like a sertain WATER Monarch, but you need to Tribute a Dragon-Type for that and the cards destroyed must be face-down. Sooo, it's outclassed, and even though it's not too bad, it's too slow for the game right now. Not even the Monarch that outclasses it is all that awesome.
