Should've asked for link, because the OP would've been illiterate. There is a reason for the nerd rage cap locks "OR" on the card.

We really should switch the priority rule...its getting sad how the TCG side doesn't get this is a world wide game, so we should all play the same rules.

As said above, its all pretty much covered.

Funny thing is, most players don't really care to nit-pick at rulings that much.

True, if you're firm enough in your belief that you're right, they'll either come around or let the admin prove you right.
More or less, the only real attention to detail would mostly appear around Fusion-based cards.
Everything else, people just randomly agree with.

Almost every admin I ever had called (I've never done the calling) to a game knew exactly what they were talking about. Which is fortunate, because it confirms to me that -I- know exactly what I'm talking about.

Maining Heroes makes dealing with this so stupid.

The amount of times people Warning the summon AFTER Miracle's resolved. The amount of times I've seen "But Super Poly doesn't say 'can't negate.' " And the amount of times people have Warning'd a Fusion Gate summon...

On a more relevant note, it's a very stapley staple.

As an added "bonus", my opponent usually insults my understanding of rulings/mechanics before calling the admin. I never rubbed it in, but they then usually get that slap in the face when the admin confirms my ruling.

I actually noted this to the most recent person who challenged my ruling (Bottomless vs Zenmaines) that every time someone says my rating/rep is high, but that I "don't understand rulings" is invariably proven wrong. And sure enough, we didn't even finish explaining to the mod before he confirmed I was right and for the exact reason I had explained to my opponent.

Solemn Warning isn't THAT hard to understand, and the forum thing is indeed correct (although a bit hard to read). Normal Summons weren't covered in that incredibly long forum post because Normal Summons are straightforward, whereas Special Summons can be a touch more confusing.

Pokemon's definition of confusing: Something cleared up by a simple ruling, and there is rarely any need for that due to clear, precise wording.
Yugioh's definition of confusing: About 40 rulings for each card in your deck.

Pokemon TCG, last I checked, is far less interactive in terms of countering people's moves. Most ruling confusion in Yugioh comes from trying to take a specific action when another card is having an effect.

Pokemon has much simpler gameplay, I think. I'm outdated on the game, though.

You summed it up really. Player-player interaction is usually trying to outdo each other's moves, rather than countering them in Pokémon.

OT: Is a staple. obvs. But the number of times I've ended with this in my hand with about 1500 Life Points...
Yeah. There's just about 1 Trainer that can be activate whenever, and a handful of Poke-powers and bodies/abilities.
