Take control of it. This card cannot attack the turn it uses its effect. Discuss
evilfusion
One of the best Numbers, and actually deserving of being Rank 7. Jin has the best Numbers. Card is such epic win. And there was something very satisfying about using this as my main Number in a DN Numbers tourney, and stealing my opponent's Number 39 and hitting for game with it.
Are you sure that they didn't use "Owner's Seal" and then Chaos Xyz Change into Utopia Ray, and proceed to use his effect for game? OT: It's a permanent Change of Heart on some big legs. That can be used twice. The only problem with him is that you might not want to waste the resources to summon him (Unless you're playing Arma's Dragon.dek or you overlay two Arcanite Magicians)
Mecha Love
Thanks for remembering volt. I completely forgot @_@ The card is so fun and feels so good when you win with it :
evilfusion
Fortunately, Chaos Number 39 didn't exist in RL yet, so it wasn't on DN. Oh, and I'm positive.

For a second there, I thought the world had ended and we had gotten stuck in some bad anime about card games and space. *Phew*
evilfusion
And the Machina deck I was using could usually drop it pretty easily. The problem usually was my Level 7s were more dangerous than Number 11 (Burei, Fortress, etc)
Birkeland
OT: Gagaga FTW! Other than that (and what's already been said) I got nothing. I always forget he's a Spellcaster. Does that help or hinder him?
evilfusion
It doesn't help nor hurt. Most Xyz Types don't matter much.
Toffee.
Oh Number 11.... How I love it when you win games by stealing monsters all over the place...
DARKPLANT RISING
Even if I know Big Eye is stronger, I never summon Big Eye over Lucky Stripe in Life is Carnival.dek. Yeah.
-Berserker-
This is boss in my Dragon Champion deck. It's fun how both Gaia the Fierce Knight and it's fusion Gaia the Dragon Champion are both lv7. My funniest win with this was when I stole my opponent's face-down Bunnilla, and next turn stole his face-down Creepy Coney and burned his last 1000. Bringerofcake
I run it in Simorgh Ninjas as a backup plan.
