A Chaos Card

[Darklord Draxon]

This card would be perfect for DARK and Twilight Decks.
Synchros just became more fun because of this awesome Tuner.

[b]EFFECT:[/b] Cannot be Special Summon from your hand or Deck. You can target 2 of your banished cards and return those card to your Graveyard, then Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. You can only use this effect once per turn. Once per turn: you can send 1 monster from your hand to the Graveyard; target 1 level 4 or lower DARK monster from your Deck and add that card to your hand. If this card is used as a Synchro Material, all the other Synchro Materials must be DARK.

It's revival's cost is not a cost at all. For starters, you can recycle:
-HERO monsters for it's revival. Then those HERO monsters will be ready for another Miracle Fusion, and you'll have an easy Xyz/Synchro out of anything weak-ish you might have on the field.
-Quibolt(s) for more recycling
-Plaguespreader
-Vayu + another Blackwing so you'll pretty much gain a Tuner and a Synchro out of nowhere.
-Mezuki, which pretty much means you are reviving this + any Zombie in your Graveyard every turn.
-Red Eyes Wyvern(s) so you can get your giant Dragon that revives even more giant Dragons into a combo that renews itself every turn.

The "search any Level 4 or lower DARK" effect is iffy too, but my biggest concern was the other effect so, I'll just focus on that.

I make it a general rule that any card that is a free +1 and isn't named Thunder Dragon is pretty damn overpowered. Especially tuners. Before anyone asks, yes I consider Glow-Up Bulb and that other stupid plant thing overpowered.

It's "cost" is hardly a cost at all, and more often then not beneficial. Mezuki, Plaguespreader Zombie, Quillbolt Hedgehog, Vayu, and I haven't played in forever. Not to mention it's a dragon, which makes it Future Fusion fuel. Yeah, drop off your REDMD's and Wyverns, along with one of these. Revive Wyverns with no care, because you have this card as backup.

I haven't even gotten into its second super broken effect. Instant deck tutoring at the cost of a discard? Come ON.

I do need to be a little Specific with cost and its other effect needs to be a little less search. I will change up the card so its effect is a little less Oped than it looks.[/size][/font][/color]

I understand the concern and I will make a few changes. then post up the new result.[/size][/color][/font]

The changes I made was that now it has a once per turn brio effect but the discard must be a monster. And instead of returning the banished cards to the graveyard, they are shuffled into the Deck to Special Summon it from Grave. and you can only use that effect once per turn. And read the last sentence carefully. This card has so many drawbacks that I don't know what to do next with it.

Except Darks are extremely common so getting all DARKs in they Synchro isn't exactly really hard.
