No card lore because Wikia sucks and won't copy paste for me and I'm too lazy to type it.

A while back I had this idea of a Toon Mermaid Xyz / Synchro Engine.

Of course it didn't work, because Toons are undersupported, but I realized what was needed to make this PARTICULAR idea work. We need to be able to run 69 Toon Mermaids.

Discuss Toon Mermaid and whatever the hell else you want to about Toons, because that other thread is technically illegal and this isn't. :'D

Dude I just changed a topic that was a question into a toon topic >.>

Still technically illegal.

Besides, it's stupid to change the topic like that anyway. Better to just start off new and let that get locked. >>

*shudders*

On-Topic: Toons havea pretty interesting draw engine, really. Table searches itself, which also searches Toon Dragon, which then is Draw-In Fodder.
I just kinda' wish they had released some of the GX Toon cards, like Comic Hand and Toon Kingdom. Those would have been interesting.

Since apparently my thread is technically illegal, I'm going to partially hijack this one. Stand by for copy+paste!
Is it worth putting every toon possible in a toon deck? On one hand, it would let you quickly develop a field advantage (And because of toon's effects, a life point advantage), but at the same time, it would stop you from getting the key card: Toon World.
What kind of other (non-toon) cards would you recommend in a toon deck? I have card guard, Dark-eyes illusionist (Not sure why, should I get rid of it?), monster reborn (I only play with my friends, so we don't have any cards banned), Copycat, BLSEotB, sould exchange, robbin' goblin, and a few other random cards. Upon writing them down, I realize they might not go that well together. Can somebody who's acually good at this game help me?

No, you don't want to run every Toon in existence. It becomes clogged and terrible really quickly.

Eh, in my Toon deck, I ran Toon Elf, Mermaid and Blue Eyes, and tech'd in Sorcerer. Played Summoner Monk, Toon Table, two Toon World, Birdman... There just isn't much you can do with Toon decks to try and make them more consistent in all honesty.

The format we had with Trunade at 1 and Heavy at 0, I had a Toon Deck centered around Toon Dark Magician Girl and Toon Mermaid. It's amazing.
Breaker first (Lyla would've been better but anyways) > pop their face-down card > play Toon World > spam Mermaids.
It also finds good allies in Plaguespreader, Birdman, Salvage, and to a lesser degree, Inferno Reckless for the sake of the spam.

Toons are lacking consistency though, and the fact that 3 MST + Heavy Storm is such a threat to them is pretty bad. Emergency Provitions combo on Toon World is also a meh -2 nowadays.
