Biggest problem is that spamming Level 8s is pretty hard to do, while WANTING to Overlay them for a 1500/2500 that only nukes Xyz monsters and burns. Clockwork Shikigami is the best option for that. So its possible he can rival Aporia, for being another character with a catchphrase. On-Topic: Considering Konami will probably will release this, they might actually change the effect to once-per-turn, and allow you to pick [i]any[/i] monster they control. It just looks creepy-epic, especially the whole "grinder in its chest" and dragging in the unfortunate Xyz monster in slow, graphic fashion. So this card has potential if/when it gets an IRL release.
