While this card is face-up on the field, you cannot activate or Set cards. This card Inflicts Pericing Damage. I do want Necroface back, but thinking of a deck with this and Necroface in it makes me shudder. Really, banish all monsters, including Necroface, mill all monsters +5 cards from top, then activate Vasroughts effect, pay 900 and banish the top 3 cards of your opponents deck. That's already gg there, since the fact is that once you've done this, your opponent will be left with less than 10 cards in his / her deck, that are all dead anyways, since all monsters are gone. What are you smoking? Just because it's susceptible to Spells and Traps doesn't mean the opponent might have the proper card to save them; you just left them wide open. Foolish Burial or Lavalval Chain (Two meta cards right now) can put this in the grave and let you use it immediately. 2. When you use it, your opponent is left with nothing but Spells and Traps. You get to see their hand to confirm that they have no monsters left in it, meaning you know exactly what they have. Dropping this one turn and then Heavy/MST the next gives you a free attack. 3. Now put Necroface into the mix. That's every monster banished from the deck +5 milled from the top. That takes out an immense amount of resources, leaving your opponent with little left. 4. Add on the effect of this card during the End Phase. Your opponent loses ANOTHER 3 cards, making a total of all their monsters +8 additional cards. 5. Drop this on Monster Mash and you win instantly. 6. Now throw in Return from the Different Dimension. You can go totally nuts with ANY monster in your deck that doesn't have summoning restrictions on it. 7. Run 3 DD Scout Planes with this, and you get to summon 3 monsters for free, which you can continue to beat down with. 8. This thing hits the Extra Deck as well. So even if they manage to somehow reclaim their banished monsters, they don't have an Extra Deck, and have to rely on beatsticks and monster effects to win. Spells and Traps become much less effective when piled together. 9. Just because a card can be countered doesn't make it bad or balanced. 10. This thing depletes too many resources, is far too easy to abuse, and makes for an incredibly bad-for-the-game card design, with an even-worse-for-the-game deck. tl;dr: The card is bad. Scouts will be enough to beat down your opponent if they're not able to use monster removal on the turn after this hits the field, since this will gain at least 1500+ ATK.
