This is basically a Marauding Captain that can use it's effect once per turn. You should totally use it's effect to summon Shark Stickers... Refresher course: -Number 10 -Light Serpent -Plasma Ball -Daybreaker -Every Photon card not named "(Neo) Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" -Reverse Buster's terrible nerf All his good cards, like Photon Sublimation, Reverse Buster before nerf, etc are either anime-only or nerfed.
