Sucks so damn hard in the actual game. Discuss.
evilfusion
MST is better in pretty much all cases. This is a Trap, so it has to be Set. That makes it slow. It doesn't destroy the opponent's card, so it's a -1. It also requires you to bounce one of your own cards, and if you chain that card, it doesn't get returned unless it's Continuous. It has its uses, but it's Conditional and doesn't do anything short of occasionally recycling one of your Continuous Cards.

Catterjune
Looks like a fun way to bounce Call of the Haunted, in a meta where "bounce Call of the Haunted" isn't exactly considered a game breaking moving.
Dr. Cakey
*insert Premature Burial thread here* Bounce Premature Burial. Otherwise, Double Cyclone is pretty much always more useful. Oh, except...
Cards that would NOT naturally stay not stay on the filed and be sent to the Graveyard after its own resolution CANNOT be returned to the hand. If this card were to target such a card, and it were chained, the targeted card would go to the Graveyard. If the card were activated first and this were chained, the card that was activated would be an illegal target and you could not target it with this card's effect. The effect still resolves, yes, but that's not the problem. The problem is that the card will NOT return to the hand if its been used.

Only cards that will end up staying on the field after resolution could return to the hand. Field Spells, Equip Spell Cards, Continuous Spell/Traps, and those that stay on the field for one reason or another (such as Swords of Revealing Light, or a Trap Card that becomes an Equip Card after resolution).
