You forget the term "Special Summon from Anywhere" which means Hand, Deck, Graveyard, Extra Deck, Banish, even your opponents, all because you have NOT specified what you're trying to do.

[/quote] i know it's not goyo effect all of this cuz i take veiler effect and i made it once per turn i mean you got alot of monster that has veiler effect and it's once per turn for example you got thor lord of the aesir you got majestic red dragon and majestic star dragon you got vylon omega all those cards have veiler effect so if this not the problem than plz tell me why my card broken and it's has the same effect as all those monsters

Because all those cards that you listed require a dedicated deck to be actually Summoned / to be useful. This just requires you to have a Mezuki in the Graveyard.

Anyway the main problem with this card is how easy it is to summon. Make it a Nomi AND/OR increase it's defense by 100 points, to at least stop the Pyramid Turtle madness. After all, this card can only get monster effect's so spells and traps can knock it right out of the park, and it's ss effect is only useful against zombies (easy to do). but again, the real problem with that is how easy it is to summon/recycle. Make it a Nomi AND/OR increase it's defense by 100 AND/OR make it unable to be Special Summoned from the Graveyard.

P.S: We ALL know Konami makes broken cards all the time, but that doesn't mean us as card makers should make them whenever we see fit. We know this is realistic cards, and broken cards ARE real cards, but that's not the point of this forum. Otherwise, I would make broken cards everyday and this forum will be horrible as hell. The point of this forum is to make balanced cards, that WON'T even have a reason to be considered banned. If you post this in the Any Other Cards (or something like that) section, you will NOT be meet with realistic card criticism

Dude, the card is pretty broken. I'd go with Guuu's suggestion of lowering the defense, but a zombie that can't come back from the grave is like a woman who can't make a sammich *hides from YCM women* Also, perhaps change his effect from any monster effect to only zombie monsters so that it still works with zombie world but doesn't just become a clusterf*ck like some cards. List a specific place it summons from as well, I.E. the Graveyard would be best for zombies.

So yes, broken card is broken, like a guy that wipes out everything on the field regardless of effects, then has 4000 ATK, (God, my brother made that...) but here's some ways to fix it.

Also, quit flame trolling. Yeah, the guys coulda been nicer at first, but don't escalate things. *feels important now*

No excuse, you can use this: Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned by banishing 1 "Stardust Dragon" from your Hand or Graveyard.

Also, why haven't you yet kept up to date with modern OCG?

Increase the DEF so that Pyramid Turtle can't fetch him, and perhaps say there has to be a certain number of zombies in the grave excluding him before he can be recalled. Just a suggestion.
