I despise Inzektors and Wind-Ups as much as anyone not running them, but I'm still hopeful that, in the event the banlist wont regulate them directly, that the new options from the other bans and limits will give us something to counter them without always needing Maxx C or Veiler in hand.

 

Of course, the obvious answer is "Run Infernity".

Holy s*** this banlist is good.

 

Also, guys, the Wind-Up loop isn't as threatening as everyone makes it out to be. Should be common knowledge by now that there is a less than half chance of pulling it turn 1 and success rates drop with each hand trap the opposing player runs.

The Wind-Up loop isn't a win. A large portion of decks can recover from it, and if it can't then it's probably not very good. It's also a horrible loop for a deck to solely rely on for a win condition, as anyone that commits to the board completely destroys Wind-Ups unless they lucksack 2 Shark for a Zenmaioh or Tiras which even then isn't so amazing compared to what another deck could make.

that being said I don't think Wind-Ups and Inzecktors will be that much of a threat if we can replace them with something else. I don't think I'd run either and I don't think either of them will be good by format's end (inb4 I get called bad.)
