I want to OCG Fix this, but sadly the lore isn't available and I'm too lazy to type it all up.

This would be fun, and essentially a loveable tool to use especially for pre-predicted moves. I don't see it being used as good anti-Spell/Trap defence, however, and only really for monsters; I would love to watch someone ready to Tourguide Xyz up something, and just flash (discard) this at them, watching their faces fill with gloom and demise.

Like I said, OCG spoils it for me, but good card overall.

Why would you use it to stop Synchros / Xyz if your opponent could just as well get a different Xyz / Synchro? You use this card to stop the moves that actually allow your opponent to get said Xyz / Synchros out.

I could see it being used to stop a quasar. In junk doppel for example, let them sync hyper librarian with junk synchron and doppel warrior, and as soon as they go to mill for glow-up, drop this to stop formula. Since most people won't run reciprico dragonfly, it'll stop a lot of people and leave them with a dead token and a dead glow-up on field, or they'll have to sync again with the hyper librarian, and get rid of their draw engine and their 5 star for quasar.
