People think Konami would lose profits and hurt new decks. People hate that Plants have been around so long, but complain that they get overkilled. Ignition/Quick Effects that can be activated with ease from the Graveyard has always been a bad idea from what I can see: Necro Gardna, Spore, Glow-Up, Plaguespreader, Fishborg Blaster, etc, all of which have been either Limited or Forbidden (except for Spore and Glow-Up who could only be used once per duel anyway, though may see that Forbidden List if this banlist is correct). Quasar is the type of monster that should not be allowed out through one big combo in a turn, though in Yugioh, you either do everything you need during your turn over many different moves (which is incredibly boring to watch as the opponent), or else you risk losing everything by giving your opponent his turn.
