It means that people have to hold onto their MSTs and Heavy Storms until they actually want to make big plays now, they just can't blind MST any more.Also, to anyone complaining about this coming to 2. Why? This is an extremely cheap card so most people will be able to afford it. If anything, Konami made the game a bit more budget for you. [/quote] That's not really a good argument for it because that's not really a change. Last format we had TT@1, Warning, Judgment, Fiendish, and to some extent, stuff like D-Prison and Compulse. Also I know that it wasn't exactly the best presented argument, but it is a change. You could blind MST some backrows, but the thing you can't now unless you're sure you can go off. Now you don't have to think when you should set off your first nuke, since your opponent's still going to be scared of the second one anyway.
