wiithepeople
During your Draw Phase, if you control no monsters and this card is in your Graveyard: You can Special Summon this card instead of conducting a normal draw. If this card is Special Summoned this way, banish it when it leave the field. Gets around Necrovalley. I'll tech 2 of this in Keepers for fun.

Speaking of which... Firedog -> This -> Revive Chain Dog -> Ouroboros with ease. Next turn(provided you have no monsters) -> Revive this -> Normal Summon a Beast -> Revive the same Chain Dog, again -> Go for another Ouroboros or Disigma. Flame Tiger's potential is amusing. Lavalval Chain is too, so that means stacking/dumping and more burning. And both this and Chain Dog dodge Necrovalley because it's their own effects that SS them. *goes off to make Beast Necrovalley on DN*

Hell, the cards themselves, right down to the effects, are completely different. I could see someone arguing that Treeborn is better, but Treeborn isn't level 4. wiithepeople
If I made a deck revolving around the use of this card, would anyone help to improve on it? The core part of it so far would be this: 3 Flame Tiger 3 TGU 3 Rai-Oh 3 Flamvell Helldog 2 GK's Commandant 1 Sangan 3 Necrovalley 3 D-Fissure 1 Royal Tribute (Staples) [s]3 Self-Destruct Button[/s] 2 Compulsory 3 Phantom Beast Horn (Staples) 2 Chain 2 Emeral 2 Leviair 9 Other stuff Simply put, everyone knows that Xyz Material aren't counted as monsters, meaning I can constantly go into Rank 4s with no real penalty when Fissure is active. I also wanted to make sure that Necrovalley wouldn't be a huge requirement, but would be a good card to use if I ever need it. Sure it does stop Helldog from grabbing Tiger but that doesn't mean Helldog is a dead draw. 1900 is always good ATK on a level 4 (way2obvious) and Horn makes it both 2700 and helps compensate for substuting draws for reviving Tiger. The rest can be self-explanatory.
