Once per turn: You can activate 1 of these effects. ● Send 1 monster you control to the Graveyard; shuffle all monsters your opponent controls into the Deck. ● Send 1 Spell/Trap Card you control to the Graveyard; shuffle all Spell and Trap Cards your opponent controls into the Deck. ● Send 1 card from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard; shuffle all cards in your opponent's Graveyard into the Deck. There's gotta be a way to use this somehow, I'm just not sure what. I wanna build a fun Deck around it, but I can't figure out a way to do it without having to run either Neos or Rainbow Dragon, and realistically I'd rather do some sort of Chaos build that uses Rainbow Dark Dragon. Like the people who try to use Fusion Substitutes and don't understand what "Must be Fusion Summoned with the above Fusion Materials" means. I actually hit upon the Prisma ruling confusion significantly less often. Card would be godly good if Rainbow and Rainbow Dark didn't absolutely suck, to the point where their inclusion in the Deck comes with the knowledge you will NEVER Summon it. Though Rainbow Dark never actually existed, as when Jaden used Super Poly, Rainbow Dark turned into the normal Rainbow Dragon, [i]THEN[/i] fused with Neos. Kingdom Xathers Posted February 27, 2012 Report Share Posted February 27, 2012 The only reason Prisma can't dump Rainbow (Dark) Dragon is because in the OCG, it lists "1 monster with "Ultimate Gem God" in its name" as the Material Requirement, meaning it's not a specific monster: Prisma is only able to copy Neos for that reason.
