Last YCML, he used this at 3. Now, he's hardly ever on (or at least I don't see him on anymore), so I decided to make this yet another souvenir topic.

And yeah, the only thing special about this is that it's a RotA target and a Level 4 tuner.

Well, you COULD tech it in one of the versions of HERO builds, if it wasn't for 2 reasons:

Evocator Chevalier would serve the purpose better, especially because it's a Spark target
HEROes' Extra Deck is too crampled for Synchros.
