.Rai Posted March 7, 2012 Report Share Posted March 7, 2012 I'm tempted to say no to a 2 Stratos format, but I'm impartial either way. Heroes will probably stay a similar tier, since they're pretty much verging into Tier 2 as an anti-meta deck.
