Guest Dworkin
Which is the best Pokemon Team you ever had? In any of the games? Mine would be, for Platinum, Dialga/Giratina/Cressilia/Empoleon/Machamp/Gengar. All higher than Lvl. 70.
DARKPLANT RISING
I probably suck at it. My "Diamond" Team from two years ago was made of 6 Bidoofs Garchomp, Tyranitar, Mewtwo, Deoxys, Rayquaza, and Darkrai. Strong in said order. I know, Rayquaza and the sandstorm team are anti-synergy, but usually the first two can kill all mah friends. If the immortal-Garchomp-that-keeps-on-OTKing-umadbro plan doesn't work, I got out Rayquaza next. Somehow, even though I didn't know anything about training Pokemon back when I got Emerald, he had 496 Sp. Atk. Haven't played Pokemon for approx. two years, though. Greiga
Should this be in the VG forum? On Emerald I had a punching Alakazam with Shadow Ball and all 3 starters with their hyper beams and ace moves. All 80+ with Swampert 90+ Oh I should also mention my platinum save with 300 hours had a team of legit legends, including Shiny Mew and the in game events. Evey-E
I got the Charzard as an egg and it now is at least Lvl. 74 No surprise since it is one of my top 3 favorite pokemon.SoulSilver Kabutops/Lugia/Ho-oh/Charzard/Heatran/Mewto My Staraptor was really my only pokemon I used in Platinum. He is around Lvl. 80 and I haven't even beaten the Elite Four.Platinum Staraptor/Torterra/Giratina
Resident Fascist
that's not a good team, just a ton of ubers. anyway, My Pokemon emerald team which always happens everytime I play emerald(I'm trying a different team this time, lol): Blaziken - Staple fire type, covers Salmance's Weakness to Ice.Salmance - OH MY GOD TOO GOOD TO NOT USE.Bleroom - Good grass type and covers Blaziken's Weakness to Water and rock(Been a while since I played pokemon?)Alatria - Good flying/dragon and covers Bleroom's weakness.Dusklops - One of my favorite wall pokemon.Regice - Basicially a last resort pokemon, also does very well against dragon users. Sometimes replaced with Gardevior. I also switch around between good pokemon. I love the pokemon R/S/E player's guide so much... I love pokemon R/S/E so much though... Greiga
I should Elaborate. Altraria is redundant with Scalamence and ends up making it so 3 of your team gets shat on by Ice Beam. Blaziken is an uber, no joke. Sceptile is a better Grass type since it can survive a surprise Psychic and you already have Blaze for fighting, plus it still covers the weaknesses. Regice? It's okay I guess but you have no Psychics or Waters and so since Water pokemon are overall better, get one. Dusclops is less than optimal in Gen 3 where Trick Room makes not much impact. DARKPLANT RISING
Tyranitar into Garchomp usually kills almost all teams you meet. I think it's the better idea. Also TBH, Pokemon doesn't need as much synergy as in Yugioh Decks.

ITT: I can get 2 starters.Give me a grass type I can get in a single play through. Also I said Regice gets replaced with Gardevior but I just replaced altraria with Gardevior anyway. I need a replacement to Dusclops though. Tentracruel for water type? It seems pretty decent.
❤ Lovely Warrior ❤
Jynx/ Gradivour/ Blazakin/ Sweekoon/ Entai/ and a Skitty. Greiga
Tyranitar into Garchomp usually kills almost all teams you meet. I think it's the better idea. Garchomp walks all over the Sinnoh Battle Frontier. Mine was shiny, Speed and Attack EVs, 4 in special def, Stealth Rock, Earthquake, Dragon Claw, Dragon Rush pretty much wins, but you still need a backup. Also @shard: I had 3, you can get 2. Those changes are good.
DARKPLANT RISING
ITT: I can get 2 starters.Don't your friends have their starter pokemon have sex make eggs so that they can use them for trades? Guest ~~Xiahou Dun~~
I don't remember the last party that I had when I was playing Silver/Gold, but I would always use Cyndaquil as my starter. My Emerald Team probably sucks, but... Guest Fusion X. Denver
Yeah, this should be moved to Video Games. These are not the best teams competitive-wise, but these were the teams I worked the hardest on and spent the most time with, so I like them regardless. Just for fun (though that applies for all my teams really)[spoiler=Sapphire]SceptileBlaziken (Lvl 100)SwampertKyogre (Lvl 100)GroudonRayquaza [spoiler=LeafGreen]VenusaurCharizardBlastoiseArticunoMewtwoLugia (6th holder switches a lot, but Lugia's used the most) These teams are more balanced, but probably won't do well competitively.[spoiler=SoulSilver]MeganiumTyphlosionQuagsireLugiaAmpharosGolem [spoiler=White]SerperiorZekromDarmanitanSeismitoadConkeldurr (or will be, need to trade it)Sigilyph

Toffee.
My teams are always casual as hell, but my Platinum team is probably my best one.And it is, as follows:Infernape/Enryu Lv.73Staraptor/Pizza Lv.72Drapion/She-Julk Lv.66Rotom/Clockwork Lv.70Garchomp/Hammerhead Lv.70And then the 6th slot is anything I want, really. Cin
Best team is dependent on: Did you EV train? Do you play competitively? For me non-competitive:(Before Stats/Moves became important) Charizard, Venusaur, Scizor, Gyarados, Salamence and Metagross(Yeah Physical Gyarados with Special moves...that's the point)
