[/quote] Well for what I can recall Delta Flyer could be an example since thats a Level 3 Tuner dragon monster that can increase anothers level by one. will have to research more to note other good level 3 targets. The first two are run in Disaster, and could often be better as a Masked Dragon (Say you wanted Totem but have Exploder) so you swap Exploder for Masked Dragon. Doesn't sound bad at all.
