Other than the horrible Monarch idea, I guess you could use Light and Darkness Dragon, but using 3 cards to summon it instead of 2 is kind of a dim move. Notable example being Big Fish really. And Big Fish will always use either Star Blast or Mausoleum because they have no need for neither the discard nor the fact it degrades your entire hand.
