The thing is I've never faced Chain Burn so I have no idea how Rabbit matches up against it.It's an interesting match-up. I'd say that Inzektors would have the hardest time, since if they try to go after something, they'll just get chained to and suddenly the whole roof falls in. Same thing with Wind-Ups and how much they can overextend (and not hand loop). Skill Drain decks would have problems with it too. But Dino Rabbits... dunno, they can't stop Lava Golem.
